Pumpkin

04/10/17 - AEC Rochester

My husband and I brought our rabbit, Pumpkin, in Friday morning. We knew the visit was to have her put down and everyone we encountered at the Rochester location was incredibly kind. Dr. Haley Oates performed the procedure and she took phenomenal care of Pumpkin in her last few moments. She was very gentle in explaining to us what was going to happen, and she stayed with us until the end. This is not the kind of visit I enjoy writing about, but the staff helped to make Pumpkin's transition a tiny bit better. - Pumpkin's Owner [Avg. Score: 5.0
