Meet Our Team

Andrea

Andrea is a Licensed Veterinary Technician. She graduated from the MSU Veterinary Technology Technician Program in 1998, and also has a B.S. Degree in Zoology (Animal Behavior and Neurology). She worked in small animal general practice for 10 years before switching over to emergency when she joined the AEC team in 2006 and has never looked back.

Andrea chose to work in veterinary medicine because she loves animals and medicine. "I especially enjoy working in emergency because of the variety of interesting cases that we see. I enjoy practicing good medicine, and really making a difference in our patient's lives. We have a great team at AEC and I am proud to be a part of it!"

When Andrea isn't working, she spends time with her family, including her 4 cats and 1 dog. Her hobbies include jewelry making, pottery, reading, and gardening.
