Big shout out to Novi AEC’s compassionate & knowledgeable staff. Due to the Covid Quarantine , our regular vet was not available when our dog needed emergency attention. AEC accepted us immediately and maintained excellent communication throughout the ordeal. Not knowing our dog or family, they treated us as though we were lifetime patients. And when it came to the ugly decision of euthanizing our pup, the staff was so incredibly compassionate. Thank you! Thank you!
