We cannot express the gratitude we have for AEC. When we were in crisis with our pup they didn’t hesitate to have us bring him in. Communication was open and honest about the possibility of a long wait and kept informed of where we were in line. Our pup felt comfort and secure and went with staff with ease. Open and honest about expense and what was needed. Felt secure we were fairly charged. Our pup is healing nicely and as explained how the timeline would be.
