I just wanted to say thank you for your compassion at Dukes final visit. The room we were in, the quality of care, understanding, and sympathy, the speed with which we were placed in a room and the smoothness of it all were much appreciated during such a difficult emotional time. Thank you also for the sympathy card, it meant a lot to me and my family. The door bell inside the room to call in the doctor when we were ready is really a great idea that I have never seen before. We were there with him one other time in February and we were very impressed then as well with the doctor and staff and cleanliness. - Duke's Owner [Avg. Score: 5.0]
