This was our first visit to AEC and we were extremely satisfied with how Casey was cared for. As early morning emergencies are already stressful to pets and owners, Dr. Motoligin and Heather were very calming, reassuring and professional and gave us confidence we had come to the right place. Unfortunately I cannot remember the names of the two staff members who handled our calls and facilitated registration but both were very pleasant and instructively patient, especially under the quarantine situation.
