We are first time guinea pig owners but did a lot of research before getting our boys. We know they can be very good at hiding health issues so when we noticed things were a little off with Inosuke we knew we had to take him in. Dr. Youatt was fantastic at explaining what was wrong with him and how to fix things. We are 3 days in to treating Inosuke and he already seems much better.The limited contact experince was also fantastic. I really appreciated just talking over the phone about our issues and being constantly updated on what was being done.
