We had a wonderful experience at this emergency vet. They were the only ones willing to take a look at Peyton. Every other emergency vet near us was at capacity, or only taking life or death situations. We are so grateful that Rochester Emergency Center would take him! The woman that greeted me at the door was so polite and they were very interested in Peyton's history and everything going on with him. I felt like I was handing him off to family when they took him back. The veterinarian that looked at and diagnosed Peyton was so thorough and knowledgeable. You can tell he truly cared about what was going on and I felt confident he would figure it out! The directions for Peyton's medications were clear and precise and he is doing better already!
