This is a holiday. My dog was in really bad shape. The staff was so busy. Yes so kind. They took such good care of my dog. They diagnosed that he has a UTI and crystals. They gave him pain medication. I had to call again in the evening with a concern, and the person at the front desk was so pleasant and kind and got my answer very quickly.
