Stella
Our cat Stella was given to us as a house warming gift from my mother in 2006. At the time we didn’t want this little kitten but who could turn away such a precious little thing! As the years went on, she became such a companion, chasing me, me chasing her, like a game of ‘tag, you’re it’. Cuddles at night, always sleeping on me or near me. Then we moved from state to state and overseas due to my job. She has her own passport! Then we moved here to Mi. She traveled well and never complained. She used to go camping with us and loved her ‘licky-pops’. She was smart, funny, beautiful, and I miss her so much. Strange that such a small creature can leave such a hole in our hearts. The Novi Emergency Vet clinic was so nice and sympathetic to our loss. We received her remains in a nice urn but it’s still hard to believe she’s gone after almost 17 years. God bless our little baby, until we meet again.
