The establishment and employees were very professional, and took good care of my very hurt baby. A bit more compassion to calm our nerves would have been appreciated, but she's getting better every day so they knew how to care for the animals. This is to be expected, considering the extremely high bill. Misleading information confused us and created a panic after telling us to get a rabies shot immediately, when every vet we called explained this was not possible, nor protocol. Regardless, I'd recommend this place to anyone that has a pet emergency, for my Mamba is alive and on her way to getting healthy.
