Although it's been 2 months, the kindness and the absolute compassion beyond words will always be felt in my heart and echo into eternity.It was Jillian, at the front desk that day, and attended to me with such graciousness, as I could not compose myself, and in my distraught state I couldn't even fill out the paperwork all the gals there lovingly helped me.. Jillian has the most professional and truly saint-like Manor, and because of her step by step gentle, and compassionate Care and help I was able to leave my deceased cat with her and the staff.. knowing he was in good hands and would come back to me soon... I was able to return home and begin to breathe again, and start the healing process! Thank you Jillian, and thank you to the entire staff at the animal emergency center Rochester hills.
