My appointment did not turn out the way I had hoped, my pet was very sick and beyond repair. However, the staff at AEC were all incredible and I’m as happy as I can be with my overall experience. They were waiting for him when I came in and took him back immediately. Every employee I interacted with was very kind and sympathetic. The doctor was wonderful at explaining the best plan of care and showing sympathy for my boy. I picked him up yesterday after he needed to be euthanized and the staff created a beautiful memory of him with clay including his paw prints and his tail. I was so happy with how it turned out. I wish there was something I would have been able to do with him but my experience with AEC was very good and I will recommend to anyone needing emergency care.
