Thank you all so much! I was very nervous when Fig had an allergic reaction and I was unable to go to my regular vet. I was also nervous about not being able to go in with Fig, though I completely understand and respect this practice. Dr Chronowski and the vet tech (Samantha, I believe. I‘m sorry if this is not your name! <3) were SO kind, caring and patient and made me feel instantly at ease. They both took time to fully explain everything to me and never made me feel rushed. Samantha even explained to me how Capstar works to kill fleas and related her personal experience with use on her cat.
