I want to express my gratitude for the professionalism and care the Rochester clinic provided my pet and I this past weekend. Concerned and overwhelmed by my cat’s situation, I was greeted with a calm staff member who informed me of the Covid process of remaining in the car and logging my cat in through a patient portal. Once my cat was admitted, I received multiple phone calls informing me of her status and recommended treatment plan. I was then told I would be able to pick up my cat in the morning. I received a phone call in the AM from the Vet informing me of the overnight progress. Overall, I am so appreciative for the care and thoughtfulness which was tremendously helpful.
