Bella
We adopted Bella from the Windsor Essex County Humane Society when she was a year old as a companion for our first golden retriever who had lost an eye due to glaucoma. There was a chance that our first dog would go blind, and we wanted her to have a friend. The two were soon inseparable. Bella was such a goofball! We had seven happy years with her, but she left us far too soon. We miss her terribly and feel so sorry for her best friend Zoe, who doesn't understand what has happened. Bella we'll never forget you. Thanks for the wonderful memories, we'll see you at the Rainbow Bridge.
