I didn't realize the emotional and physical toll it takes on a person when their pet is sick but the amount of compassion, professionalism, courtesy and overall kindness and patience that everyone there showed me surpassed my expectations. Whether it was a call to update me on how little Bear was doing at 6 in the morning or when I called in to check in on him, the staff was understanding and didn't make me feel like I was a nuisance. They even called to follow up and see how he was! I cant thank you enough for saving Bear and helping him get better. - Mama Bear [Avg. Score: 5.0]
