We brought in our very ill dog on Thanksgiving and unfortunately lost her that day. We were so grateful for the caring staff at the Novi Emergency Center. They were informative and thorough, while being patient, kind, and empathetic. They even sent us a sympathy card afterwards signed by all of the staff.
