07/23/20 - AEC Rochester

I never do reviews. I had to! The care this office showed was hands down the best emergency care service I’ve ever had between my dog and cats! I’ve been to my fair share unfortunately (with a lot of health issues). I’ve never felt more at ease. It’s crazy because I couldn’t go in the building due to Covid but I was still more comfortable at other nearby emergency hospitals. The staff I encountered was absolutely polite and so sincere.
