My dog needed her eye removed. I had been to another ER location a couple days before and had a horrible experience so I was skeptical coming here. The staff took her in right away to make sure she had pain medication and could be evaluated right away. They had excellent communication throughout the time there. My dog has a lot of health issues including her heart and struggled coming out of surgery. The doctor called me 3 times within an hour to keep me updated on her status. I am truly thankful for the care and compassion they showed and the treatment they provided. The price was less then I expected and very reasonable for the service provided. I would highly recommend them and this will be where I return if emergency treatment is ever required again. - Suzy's Owner [Avg. Score: 5.0]
