Our cat needed emergency care for a UTI on a Saturday morning. From the minute they answered the phone, I was very impressed! The entire staff was kind and accommodating. I told them we had an hour drive, and they said to come right down, they'd work him in. They recommended a few tests, explaining the reason for each one. We were able to decide which ones we wanted done without any pressure from the staff. They explained the results and suggested treatments, again letting us decide which was best for our pet. We could not be happier with this clinic and will definitely use them again in the future.
