09/25/22 - AEC Novi

Once we recognized Chyna would not recover from her illness and she would need to be euthanized, everyone at the AEC Novi treated it with very professionally. We knew Chyna had been treated well by how calm she was when we met her in the room where the procedure would take place (AEC Novi was under covid restrictions and we couldn’t be with Chyna during her testing). All staff was very friendly and sympathetic . They explained the procedure fully to help us know what to expect. The procedure went well and Chyna peacefully drifted off over the Rainbow Bridge.
About one week later we received a sympathy card from the staff of AEC Novi with many personal signed messages. It was very special.
