My Daughter: April and I brought her Shih Tzu baby to your clinic with her eye coming out !! We were both very scared for her and I am sure Tessa had to have been even more scared!!! Your ladies at the front desk were awesome!! They helped us right away and showed us great compassion. The young lady that we say when we got back to an exam room was also very compassionate.. She explained the injury to Tessa's eye and what her options could be to help her. She did a great job explaining everything!! As soon as the Veterinarian was able to check Tessa she had us come in to an exam room and explained what she would like to do to save Tessa.. She thoroughly explained everything and we gave permission for her surgery.. The Veterinarian is awesome!!! Tessa spent the night there and we returned in the morning to pick her up. Once again we were impressed with all your staff at your clinic...Words can not explain how thankful we are to everyone that helped our Tessa. Tessa was rescued from a terrible home by my daughter and her husband a few years ago. My daughter's husband passed away shortly after saving her so Tessa means even more to her!!!
