EVERYONE WAS VERY KIND AND CARING . THERE WAS LITTLE TO NO WAITING AND WE HAD AN ANSWER TO OUR CATS ISSUES PRETTY QUICK.. THE VET WAS VERY, VERY UNDERSTANDING AND TOLD US WHAT WAS GOING ON AND ANY OR ALL OPTIONS THAT WE HAD. SHE WAS VERY PATIENT KNEW EXACTLY WHAT NEEDED TO BE DONE. SO VERY GRATEFUL FOR HER AND ALL THE STAFF, AT A VERY DIFFICULT TIME.
