Having to make the difficult decision to euthanize my cat, I am so very happy I chose AEC. All questions were answered prior to arrival so I knew what to expect & could remain attentive to my sick fur-baby. After arrival he was give a port on his arm & I was able to hold him for his last breath. Having now had to have this experience in cold rooms, left waiting, confusion over billing, unprepared assistants & Veterinarians, shots for sedation then euthanization. Upsetting.
