Watson

The amount of care and compassion the folks here showed Watson, our 8-week old Bernese Mountain Dog, not only exceeded our expectations but gave us the peace of mind that he was in the best hands possible for his treatments overnight. The love he was shown resulted in life-long loyalty to this facility. The staff made it known that Watson was given plenty of attention to reduce his anxiety while being treated and away from us. Not only that, they found the time to keep us informed regularly of results and his condition even though they had plenty on their plate with how many patients they had. The discharge process was hands down the best we’ve experienced and honestly can say some human doctors should take a page out of their book. Even though they were busy, they answered every single question we had (around a 25 minute phone call - we had a lot of questions) and gave us incredibly detailed medications instructions. Instead of just handing us bottles of pills, they created a schedule with specific times each medication should be taken so there isn’t any overlap or risk of interactions.
