03/20/22 - AEC Rochester

On what was a very sad and difficult day for us as we had to say goodbye to our beloved dog, the AEC staff members that we interacted with were so kind, caring and compassionate. Also, we were so touched to receive a card in the mail a few days later with handwritten messages from the staff. Not having any prior history with this staff, that was unexpected.
