My pregnant dog, who is three weeks away from whelping, accidentally ingested some human medication. After consulting with poison control, it was determined that she needed immediate medical attention - 11 pm on a Sunday night. Upon contacting our nearest 24-hour emergency veterinary clinic, unfortunately, they were unable to accommodate us. However, I reached out to the Animal Emergency Center of Rochester, where we were instructed to come in right away.Upon arrival, AEC of Rochester swiftly attended to my dog, ushering her into a room and devising a plan of action within half an hour. The veterinarian explained the course of treatment comprehensively. Ultimately, they decided to keep her overnight for observation, assuring me that I could call at any time to check on her progress. Additionally, the veterinarian promised to provide a follow-up call at 6 am. True to their word, I received the follow-up call the next morning, and my dog was discharged and back home by 11 am.
I am genuinely impressed and grateful for the exceptional service provided by the Animal Emergency Center of Rochester. Their knowledgeable staff, prompt attention, the cleanliness of their facilities, and the seamless experience from check-in to check-out all contributed to a positive outcome for my dog. Thank you, Animal Emergency Center of Rochester, for your outstanding service. - Roux's Owner [Avg. Score: 5.0
