10/10/24 - AEC Rochester

All the staff was so kind, attentive, and transparent while taking care of my dog who had severe diarrhea and vomiting from a bug. It came on so quickly and I was very concerned. Everyone was extremely caring of Stormy, informative with treatment options. It was best she stayed overnight for treatment. They called me early the next morning to provide an update and worked with me to pick stormy up when I wouldn’t have to wait long. I genuinely felt they cared about my pup. - Stormy's Owner [Avg.
